As part of the Scaling Seeds and Technologies in Africa Unit supported by Alliance for Green Revolution in Africa (USAID Funded) in six countries PAL developed appropriate Tools after a comprehensive assessment of the various projects taking into consideration the M &E plan, results Framework, Performance indicator and also trained and conducted field survey for the SSTP countries (Ghana, Ethiopia, Senegal, Malawi, Mozambique and Tanzania).
